Club sponsorship is another key to the success of this small club. NSRFC are sponsored by SONS (Supporters Of Newton Stewart). SONS are a group of individuals and companies who have had and enjoy the experience of either playing or watching rugby. By acting as club sponsor the SONS hope the youngsters who are the future of the game will be able to carry on this fine sport. If you would like to become a SON, the cost os £100 annually. For this you will receive a SONS tie or scarf and an all inclusive 5* lunch on a match day of your choice. To become a SON you have to be nominated by an existing SON or member of the club via the president. We also offer other advertising opportunities such as becoming a Match Day Sponsor and advertising your business on one of our Pitch-Side Advertising Boards. Match Day Sponsor - Minimum sponsor is £200 but this entitles 2 people to come to a SONS lunch, and their names on the match day notice board and match programme. Pitch-Side Advertising Boards - This requires an initial payment of £100 to make the board, and an additional £100 to advertise for the year. Advertising after year one is charged at £100 per year.
